Senior Sales Consultant

The Senior Sales Consultant will act as a Pre-sales Consultant and a Technical Architect for the North America region.  He/She will act as a key “go-to” resource for the Account Managers for presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts and architectural discussions that are required as part of the sales process.  In addition, this resource may serve as a Program Manager for post-sale deployments at strategic customers, with the goal of securing follow-on business.  This person will also benefit the professional services and product development organizations by developing detailed scope and requirements for pipeline deals, and by communicating customer requirements, feedback and potential product enhancement opportunities back to product management.

Support Engineer

We are seeking a Support Engineer to provide world-class technical support on EAPaaS, a SaaS-based service for API governance and as well as the on premise deployment. If you are a friendly, polished communicator who is inherently interested in solving complex problems and delivering a high-level of customer satisfaction with every customer interaction (via help content and tickets). You will work closely with Knowledge Management, Engineering, and Product Management to represent the voice of the customer.

We are looking for an enthusiastic SaaS Sr Sales Executive to contribute in generating SaaS sales for Akana. You will be responsible for closing sales SaaS deals using web selling, phone and web conferencing.  An effective SaaS Sr Sales Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products using Webex, conferencing and phone.

QA Automation Engineer

Akana is seeking an enthusiastic QA engineer who is interested in test automation, specifically for web-based applications of an enterprise scale.  Interested candidates must be highly motivated with a desire to learn new technologies to work in a team environment.
