Veteran Financial Professional Brings Public Company Background to the SOA Market Leader
Los Angeles, Calif.— July 18, 2006—SOA Software, the leading provider of comprehensive SOA and Web services management, security and governance solutions, today announced that Janine Bushman has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.

With more than twenty years of experience in corporate financial management, Bushman has served as CFO of five technology firms, including ISOCOR, for which she managed the company’s successful NASDAQ IPO in 1996. Most recently, she co-founded Sendia Corporation where she served as the company CFO. Ms. Bushman has managed numerous mergers and acquisitions, venture financings and complex operational challenges. A CPA, she also earned an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.
