Akana is looking for an Online Community Manager to lead community growth and culture efforts for its community of API providers and application developers. Working with the Marketing and Business Development teams, the Online Community Manager will encourage, facilitate, and develop relationships with the Akana Enterprise API Management Platform online audience through the built in social environment as well as all related social media and networking mediums. This position will be responsible for engaging with the online community about the APIs, applications, businesses and groups that depend on enterprise APIs for the day to day activities related to supporting APIs and their user base. The Online Community Manager will also write and publish content to all social media channels related to APIs and API management, including writing featured articles for the Akana blog. The position will be working in a high volume, deadline oriented team environment.
